1. Introduction

Welcome to New World Travellers, your trusted travel partner. By booking a trip or service with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or office.
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.
• Failure to pay the full amount before the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for ticket bookings (flights, trains, buses, etc.), irrespective of the time of cancellation.
• Cancellations made 7 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding ticket costs).
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure.
• In unavoidable situations such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, we may offer a reschedule or credit note instead of a refund.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

All participants must carry valid identity and travel documents. International travelers must ensure their passport and visa are in order. New World Travellers will not be responsible for any issues related to incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Tour Itinerary and Changes

The itinerary provided may change due to local conditions, weather, or operational reasons. We will inform you of any changes and offer alternatives where possible.

6. Liability and Responsibility

New World Travellers acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays arising from services beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect all travellers to behave respectfully and responsibly during the trip. Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Health and Safety

You are responsible for assessing your fitness to travel. Any medical conditions should be disclosed in advance. Please follow safety instructions provided by our team or activity partners.

9. Force Majeure

New World Travellers shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or political unrest.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.
